The Traverse is the first SUV in the Chevy lineup to get a third row with seating for up to 8 people. Fully-loaded with people, you still have room for 23.0 cubic-feet of cargo. Fold the third-row seats down for 58.1 cubic-feet of room, and fold the third row down for 98.2 cubic-feet of room.
2018 Chevy Tahoe cargo room
The Tahoe can seat up to 9 people, and it really stretches out the passenger room for added passenger comfort. This means a little less room with all the seats up at 15.3 cubic-feet. Fold that third row down though and you get 51.7 cubic-feet. With the second row down, you get 94.7 cubic-feet for cargo.
2018 Chevy Suburban cargo room
The Suburban is the largest SUV in the Chevy lineup. For the most part, you can think of it as an extended Chevy Tahoe. It features the same seating capacity but stretches the cargo room with 39.3 cubic-feet when all the seats are up, 76.7 cubic-feet with the third row down, and 121.7 cubic- feet with the second row folded down.
This makes the Chevy Suburban the clear winner when it comes to cargo room, but you have to balance that with what you are looking to do with your SUV.
