As you can see above, there’s a lot of information to consider. All the options for 2018 put their turbos to work to provide excellent performance and a surprising amount of efficiency. Both the 1.5-liter turbo and the 2.0-liter turbo come with a smooth 9-speed automatic transmission and the turbo diesel option comes with a 6-speed automatic.

If all-wheel drive was a concern, then you have nothing to be concerned about. As you can see from the information above, all engine options are available with AWD. The only trim that doesn’t have AWD as an option is the base SL trim.

Does the 2018 Terrain have a remote engine start option?

You can certainly get remote start on the new Terrain. The only trim that remote start is unavailable on is the base SL trim. The SLE has it as an option, and the SLT and above come with it standard. If you opt for the SLE with the diesel engine, then you also get remote start standard.
