Since 1999 GMC has been giving its vehicles the Denali treatment by creating a new and premium package to set the bar even higher. Currently you can find the Denali trim on the Terrain, Acadia, Sierra, SIerra HD, and Yukon. But what does the Denali package change in all of these vehicles?
What does the Denali Package Add?
GMC is well known for making rugged, premium trucks and SUVs that keep working hard, but what exactly does it mean when one of these GMC trucks has the Denali package added to it? The Denali package adds features and restyles the vehicle inside and out. Inside a Denali truck you’ll find new premium seating to shift the vehicle to a more upscale feel. We’re talking heated leather seats, aluminum trimmings, an extra-quiet cabin, and more.
Does the Denali Package add anything to the outside?
The inside of your GMC isn’t the only area getting the Denali treatment, though. The Denali package comes with new styling cues to transform your GMC into an even more aggressive machine, such as with GMC headlights and LED signature lights. Premium aluminum wheels and chrome add extra style, and of course a stylish grille is also present.
Tech Features in the Denali Package
A GMC vehicle with the Denali package easy ranks as one of the most comfortable and tech-filled interiors you can find. We’re personally big fans of the head-up display that gives you useful information while driving, such as what speed you’re going, without being distracting. Other features like the ability to connect with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto pair nicely with wireless charging.
Will more GMC vehicles get the Denali treatment?
There is already a solid lineup of GMC vehicles that carry the Denali name, but is GMC planning to add any more in the future? As it happens the Canyon Denali is actually coming soon. The mid-size truck will see upgrades to its cabin, such as perforated leather seats and a Bose premium audio system, as well as new style added to the exterior.
