Covid-19 Safety Protocols as of 04/01/2021:
HOLIDAY TEAM MEMBERS AND FACILITIES
- Complimentary disposable masks are available for customer use
- Face coverings are not required in Holiday Automotive facilities
- We respect your preference to interact with team members wearing face-coverings
- Customers with face-coverings will always be served by team members wearing face-coverings
- Even if you’re not wearing a mask, team members will wear their face-coverings for your interactions upon request
- Plexiglass barriers are positioned at each team member’s station
- Team members will respect your personal space and physical distance
- ServiceMaster and Cintas continue to perform overnight deep-cleaning
- Infection control of vehicles includes wiping and protective barriers
- Customer-facing team members’ phone numbers are listed on our Meet the Team page for direct customer use during business hours to encourage pre-arranged visits
SERVICE/BODY SHOP/PARTS

- Contact-free, outdoor service vehicle drop-off is available upon request
- Collision Center interaction and estimates are being done outdoors when possible
