The professionalism and courtesy my wife and I experienced buying a vehicle from Holiday was nothing short of exceptional. Dan Dettmann and "Red" we're very helpful. I never felt like I was just another sale. Unfortunately we hit a deer with the vehicle the very next day and again two weeks later. Holiday stepped up and made sure we weren't without a vehicle through the repair process, and it was a lengthy process due to a delay in parts availability. For me buying a car is a major decision. It’s not gotten into lightly. I was thinking to myself , “if you’re spending that amount of money you had better get something you’re going to like and I mean really like.” Already nervous I went in for a test drive. I can tell you I immediately was relieved when the person at the front desk was someone that I knew. I explained who I was and what I was there for and then in back of me was my guest experience manager. Kraig Peterson made the car buying experience, extremely easy. He was honest, organic, and in the moment. He was very real with me about my options and what I should do or suggested I do. I can honestly say in my years of buying cars, this was the best experience ever. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kraig was to make buying a car easy.
