All the people I met at holiday in the building were wonderful. They were cheerful and supportive. As far as Holly goes that AI process you have is ridiculous. It does not even advise you that you're not talking to a real person. This so-called Holly made an appointment for me for a test drive on the 4th of July. I drove 50 miles to do that. Everything was closed. Holly is not something you should even have operating. I can't believe that that is better than having one person on a phone answering phone calls and coordinating live instead of this nonsense. I say again when I got there the next day that people I met were wonderful and outstanding but get rid of holly 🤬😡🤬😡
