I been kicking around buying a different vehicle, seen some at Holiday Ford, been to other dealerships also, after being at Holiday, and how well I was welcomed and treated, let alone the level of pressure to purchase a vehicle was not any at all, I felt super comfortable with the staff. I left today with the car I wanted, and can't thanks all the people here for being so nice, HONEST and helpful. They explained everything I needed, got me a excellent price for financing, as well as the warranty. Once again, thank you Holiday Ford, the best dealership I have had the pleasure to work with. We had a great experience with Jafar when we purchased a used Jeep from Holiday. We were coming from an hour away and after looking for the right vehicle for two weeks and a few less than desirable experiences at other dealerships, we felt Jafar's service was top notch. He worked with us on the price, we exchanged a few phone calls/text messages. He sent a walk around video, there was a very minor dent on passenger door that he even had fixed before we arrived! The Jeep was spotless, pulled inside the show room, he took his time to show us all the features, despite being a Ford dealer, it was clear he took the time to be familiar with the vehicle we purchased and he was able to answer all our questions. After a few phone calls/text messages he had all the paperwork ready when we got there. Holiday clearly takes care of their employees so they can take care of their customers. We were in and out, including a test drive in an hour and half! Thanks again for a great experience, we LOVE our new Jeep!

READ THIS! Holiday Ford slogan says “it’s worth the drive”. I just drove 8 hours for a truck, and had the best car buying experience of my life. I was looking for a VERY specific used truck and I only found 2 of them. One at Holiday Ford and the other in a different state. Driving 8 hours for a used truck I was worried i would get there and not like what I saw and that it was misrepresented. I worked with Stephanie via texting and mobile video to look over the vehicle. She did an outstanding job representing the vehicle to me. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. It was everything she said it was. There were zero surprises, zero pressure, and zero stress. Stephanie was absolutely amazing from her knowledge of vehicle and willingness to deal with a customer that’s 8 hours away and has a million questions. When came time to crunch numbers, still no pressure and both her and the finance department were very informative and willing to go extra mile to make my trip app a successful one. I am very happy with my new truck. I will absolutely make the drive to buy from them again.
